Around a week ago, the Twitter account @thestraygoat was suspended for violating Twitter’s Terms of Service following Chivas Guadalajara’s 3-0 victory over Atlas. With regards to his suspension, on behalf of all of us at FMF State of Mind we’d like to bring into light a petition created by the user @Osvaldo2Go to bring @thestraygoat back to Twitter.

All we can say at this point is that we wish for @thestraygoat’s prompt reinstating. Moreover, for those Atlas fans who decided to mass report one of #LigaMXEng’s most beloved members, you are, quite simply, pitiful. What kind of people take joy in suspending others just because your team hasn’t won a title since 1951? Let’s be completely honest, your team hasn’t been relevant since the Summer of 1999 when a young Rafael Marquez donned the red and black jersey in that fateful afternoon at the Estadio Nemesio Díez.
Jokes aside, we miss you @thestraygoat, and we hope to see you back on Twitter soon.
