Chivas Guadalajara visit Aguascalientes to take on Liga MX’s surprise team, Necaxa, in action of Week 6 of the 2019 Clausura.

After failing to score against a struggling Veracruz team. the Rojiblancos arrive on the back of two disappointing results and will look to get back on track against what has been arguably one of the better Liga MX teams after only six weeks. Along with Monterrey, Los Rayos remain unbeaten in the Clausura and currently find themselves only three points behind league leaders Tigres in third place.

If there is some worry for Necaxa is that Chivas have always been a tricky customer for Los Rayos. They have just one win in their last 11 clashes versus Chivas across all competitions. Moreover, their general record at home isn’t the best. Despite their strong start, Necaxa have just one win in their last six matches at the Estadio Victoria. A record like that may seem tantalizing for a Chivas team has had the same tendency of playing their best fútbol away from home.

So will it be Necaxa’s hot start that will be extinguished or will Chivas continue to spiral into mediocrity?
