Mexico release call up for friendlies ahead of U-17 CONCACAF Championship

Mexico is set to play four friendlies in the United States as they prepare for the U-17 World Cup qualifiers.

With the U-17 CONCACAF Championship just being announced, Mexico will begin a tour in the United States. From February 28th to March 10th, Mexico will play four friendlies in US soil; three of them have been confirmed. Mexico will play California State and twice against the LA Galaxy, with their last friendly not yet announced.

Among the notable players called up is the return of Efrain Alvarez to the national team, as well as twin brothers Gustavo and Carlos Martinez. The team is coached by Marco Antonio Ruiz and will start their U-17 CONCACAF tournament on May 1.
