In one of the key matchups within Week 7 of the 2019 Liga MX Clausura, Chivas play host to rivals Atlas in another edition of the Clásico Tapatio.

After an impressive start to their season, Chivas have slowly been trending down but will now have the opportunity to get back on track in a tough game against Atlas. The Rojinegros are just one point behind Chivas in the league table but arrive to this match on the back of a last-minute defeat to Puebla in Week 6.

At first glance, Atlas will like their chances of getting a good result at Chivas, given that they are actually unbeaten in away matches this season, a large contrast from last season when they didn’t win a single away game.

However, the Clásico Tapatio has been an even affair, with four of the last seven matches going to Chivas and the other three going to Atlas.
