What is there to say? Thus-far, the CONCACAF Nations League has been a walk in the park for the Mexico National Team, and after sealing their place in the final four, El Tri will have the chance to be the only team to finish the Group Stage with a perfect record when they take on Bermuda on Tuesday.

Mexico doesn’t even need to win this match to finish the Group Stage as the top seed, as even a draw would be enough to catapult El Tri past Honduras in the Semifinals seeding. This also means that coupled with Costa Rica’s 1-1 draw with Curaçao, Mexico’s Semifinal rival would be none other than Los Ticos, who are guaranteed to finish the Group Stage last in the Semifinals seeding.

Mexico and Bermuda met last month in a match El Tri won handily by a score of 5-1. Given the circumstances, whether coach Gerardo “Tata” Martino decides to go with a full on second string side for this one, you’d expect something similar this time around.
