The CONCACAF Nations League officially gets underway for the Mexico National Team as they look for their first three points on the road in a match against Bermuda.

The reigning CONCACAF champs will want to make the best out of their visit to the picturesque island and will arrive to this match with what many would call a mixture of both youngsters and veteran players. Coach Gerardo “Tata” Martino has opted to to go with the base of the U-23 squad that will participate in the upcoming CONCACAF Men’s Olympic Qualifying Championship, while also confiding much of the veteran presence on the likes of Hector Herrera and Nestor Araujo.

Among other players that will likely see playing time, El Tri fans can hope to catch a glimpse of the future with a possible starting XI that will include both Hirving “Chucky” Lozano and young 20-year-old striker Jose Juan Macias.

It’s worth mentioning that Bermuda has already played twice in this tournament — first losing to Panamá 4-1 before surprising Los Canaleros to 2-0 victory.
