Liga MX Femenil got back underway, kicking off the third season last Friday.
Cruz Azul 1, Pachuca 2: Pachuca came from behind to defeat Cruz Azul in the season opener. Sharon Barba got the scoring started in the third minute, but Fátima Arellano would hit a screamer from distance in the fifteenth and Esbeydi Salazar would hit one off of the underside of the crossbar and past Mariana Zárraga to win it for Tuzos.

Puebla 4, Veracruz 0: Jessica Tenorio scored just two minutes in as Puebla crushed visiting Veracruz 4-0 on Sunday. Mirelle Arciniega, Carmen Taboada, and Mariela Jiménez also scored for the home side, who were playing their first game in club history.
