Porto obtain first CL victory of the season, Lozano and Guti lose out to Inter

It was a mixed day for Mexicans in the Champions League.

With a 49th minute goal from Moussa Marega, FC Porto were able to beat Galatasaray to earn their first victory of the 2018/2018 Champions League campaign.

Both Hector Herrera and Jesus Manuel “Tecatito” Corona started the game for the Portuguese champions.

Herrera came off the field in the 89th minute, while Tecatito was subbed out in 69th.

Elsewhere, Hirving Lozano was a starter and played all 90 minutes in PSV Eindhoven’s 2-1 defeat to Inter Milan.

PSV took the lead midway through the first half before Radja Nainggolan leveled just as both teams were heded towards the break.

Right in the hour-mark, Mauro Icardi was there take advantage of goalkeeping error and give his side their second win of the competition.

PSV remain winless in the Champions League after previously losing 4-0 to Barcelona in Matchday 1.

Erick Gutierrez played no part in Wednesdays match and was an unused substitute.
