Mexico coach Juan Carlos Osorio had several injury worries ahead of this key game against Costa Rica. Without Jesus Manuel “Tecatito” Corona and Hirving Lozano, Osorio has opted for a front-line of Carlos Vela, Oribe Peralta, and Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez.

Meanwhile, Andres Guardado’s injury in the midfield means Jonathan dos Santos gets the start alongside Hector Herrera and Rafael Marquez, who will anchor things between lines at defensive midfielder.

The defense has mostly some familiar faces. Carlos Salcedo gets the start at fullback, with Nestor Araujo, Hector Moreno, and Miguel Layun completing the backline.

Finally, Guillermo Ochoa gets the nod in net, as Alfredo Talavera and Jose de Jesus Corona watch the game from the bench.

Osorio does have some interesting bench options, with youngsters Orbelin Pineda and Jurgen Damm ready to come on in the second half if needed.

You will be able to watch the game at 9:50pm EST on Univision, Univision Deportes Network, Fox Sports 1, and fuboTV
