Last Friday, most fans thought Fabian was on his way to Mexico this winter. It was hard to argue the logic considering he had yet to get on the field for Eintracht Frankfurt and had barely seen any time since Niko Kovac became the manager. But a funny thing happened last Saturday, Fabian was given a start as the team’s #10. He had a great performance as the club beat Chicharito and Bayer, 2-1. In midweek, he chipped in with an assist off a corner kick.
He has continued his great form throughout the week, earning 3 starts. In those 270 minutes on the field, Fabian has produced 2 goals, 2 assists, and 8 key passes . His second career goal in Germany came today as Eintracht Frankfurt tied it late 3-3.

The Little Pea did what he has been doing for Bayer since he moved there from Manchester United, score goals. Today, the former Chivas player scored a hat trick. Shaking off his missed PK last week, he put on a MOTM performance as his club picked up a much needed 3 points.

Every time Bayer went down, Chicharito scored to bring them back. Culminating in a 92nd minute winner. They face a quick turnaround time as they have a Champions League game on Tuesday in Monaco.
