Chivas Guadalajara vs. Tigres UANL: Highlights

Tigres snatched a 1-0 win over Chivas to remain top of the Liga MX table and extend their league unbeaten run to ten games.

The Rebaño Sagrado managed to impose themselves early into the game, but after chances dried up, Ricardo “Tuca” Ferretti’s side showed a different face at the restart and took control of the match in the second half.

The only goal of the game was scored in the 57th minute when Ismael Sosa picked up the ball at the edge of the box before cutting inside and firing past Rodolfo Cota.

One of Chivas’ best involvements came through Jesus “Chapo” Sanchez, whose angled shot was saved at the near post by Nahuel Guzman.

At the end, Tigres held on to earn their first ever win at the Estadio Chivas.

Next, Chivas are back in action on Friday when they visit Veracruz at the Estadio Luis “Pirata” Fuente. Meanwhile, Tigres welcome the struggling Cruz Azul at the Estadio Universitario.
