Those who will be tuning in to watch Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez, Jesus “Tecatito” Corona, or Hirving Lozano will be left disappointed. Mexico coach Juan Carlos Osorio is dealing with several absences for this game, including new Espanyol signing Diego Reyes.
The show must go on for El Tri, and like in Mexico’s last international game, Osorio has entrusted Guillermo Ochoa with the starting goalkeeper spot. Hugo Ayala makes his first official start in the Juan Carlos Osorio era, and as ever, Hector Herrera and Andres Guardado start in the midfield. Queretaro forward Angel Sepulveda is handed his first ever start with the Mexico national team, and he will be in charge of scoring the goals, along side Javier Aquino and Raul Jimenez.
You will be able to watch the game at 10:06pm EST on Telemundo, NBC Deportes Network, Bein Sports, BeIn Sports en Español, BeIn Sports Connect, and fuboTV.
