Chivas are unbeaten in their last five league games and will try to make it six when they visit Toluca at the Estadio Universitario Alberto "Chivo" Córdoba on Saturday.

Matias Almeyda’s side have a busy week ahead, with three games in six days, including two road games and a match against Tigres at the Estadio Chivas. Generally speaking, Chivas have done well on the road this season, picking up wins against Santos Laguna and Club America at the Estadio Azteca.

New signing Alan Pulido opened his scoring account for the Rebaño in a midweek Copa MX game, but whether that will be enough to earn him a first Liga MX start remains to be seen.

Toluca are also unbeaten in their last five league matches and have not lost a game at the Alberto “Chivo” Córdoba, where the Diablos Rojos are playing their home games this seasonwhile the Estadio Nemesio Diez is being remodeled.

The Diablos Rojos, however, have been no less inconsistent than the rest of their rivals outside the top-eight and will need to keep earning points at home if they want to be in the future discussion of a playoff spot.
