Raul "Potro" Gutierrez has named his Mexico Under-23 squad that will travel to France to take part in the Toulon Festival tournament.

FC Porto B midfielder Omar Govea makes the 20-man squad, which also includes Queretaro's Carlos Fierro and Houston Dynamo forward Erick "Cubo" Torres.

The young El Tri side will compete in Group A along with hosts France, Bulgaria, Mali, and Czech Republic.

Gutierrez was only able to select players from teams not in the Liguilla for the trip, as teams like Chivas and Pachuca are currently competing in the Liga MX playoffs.

The tournament also serves as the last chance for some of these players to impress ahead of the 2016 Rio Olympics.
