Mexicans in Europe- Andres Guardado & Hector Moreno

PSV's Mexican duo are a big reason they were able to make it to the knockout round of the Champions League for the first time in nine years. Can they make it any farther?

The Dutch club will go up against Atletico Madrid in their Champions League matchup. They will have to try and get a result at home they can live with before going on the road for the return leg.

Andres Guardado has been the engine of PSV since he came over on loan. With the departure of a few talented players, his influence has only grown. The team visibly suffers when he is not on the pitch. Luckily for PSV supporters ( and Mexico supporters), he is recovered from a muscle injury and will be available for PSV.

Hector Moreno has also been a key component for PSV as they currently lead the Eredivisie by a single point over Ajax. Moreno has even added scoring to his repertoire and has 6 goals in all competitions this season. The Mexican international has played several games at Left Back in the last month. Hector had a MOTM performance versus Manchester United that went a long way in securing PSV's 2nd place group finish.

PSV will need both players to perform well if they want to advance against a powerhouse like Atletico.
