Moreno scores twice, Guardado notches three assists in 4-2 PSV win

Hector Moreno and Andres Guardado shined as PSV Eindhoven earned their 13th win of the season with a 4-2 win over visiting FC Twente.

Moreno, who scored last weekend, extended his impressive goal-scoring run by bagging two goals in in under three minutes to give the Dutch champions a 2-1 lead in the 23rd minute.

On both occasions, Moreno stepped up to make good from Andres Guardado set-pieces.

In the 37th minute, Andres Guardado picked up his third assist of the game when Luciano Narsingh connected well from a nice pass and fired behind Nick Marsman for the 3-1.

Chinedu Edu pulled a goal back for Twente in the second half, but Florian Jozefzoon sealed the points for the hosts with a nice chip.

PSV now stand three points from first-placed Ajax in the league table and will visit Excelsior on Wednesday.
