Jesus "Tecatito" Corona and Miguel Layun scored as FC Porto extended their undefeated run to 12 games in Primeira Liga thanks to a 2-1 win over Paços de Ferreira on Saturday.
Despite conceding an early goal to Bruno Moreira, a great performance from all three Mexican internationals proved enough to provide Porto their eighth victory of the campaign.
After falling behind 1-0, Tecatito grabbed Porto the equalizer when Yacine Brahimi superbly picked out the Mexican, who controlled at the edge of the before chipping the ball beyond the goalkeeper.
Following a quiet start to the second half, the winner arrived in the 64th minute. Hector Herrera, who enjoyed a good outing in his 88 minutes on the field, was tripped inside the box for a penalty. Miguel Layun stepped up and nodded home to give the Dragões the win.
Next for Porto is a trip to Stamford Bridge where they will face Chelsea in their last Champions League group stage game.
