Former United States national team manager Bob Bradley arrived in Torreon, Mexico on Sunday night, where he will be meeting with officials at Santos Laguna this week. Bradley is reportedly in talks to take over as new manager at Santos, to replace Diego Cocca who was fired by the club on Saturday.

Several people in Torreon posted photos online of Bradley waiting in the airport on Sunday night. Twitter was also quickly discussing the news, with "Bob Bradley" becoming a trending topic in Mexico by late on Sunday night.

Santos has struggled through a disappointing Apertura 2011 season thus far, winning only two games and currently sitting in 14th place in the league standings. Club president Alejandro Irarragorri has stated that the board will review several possible candidates to replace Cocca. There is no word yet on when a decision is expected to be announced. The next scheduled match for Santos is on Saturday, September 10th against Chivas.
