Hey guys. So I've heard from a couple places a while back that there was a rule about teams having Mexican youth internationals on their squad. I'm not sure when or where I heard / read that, so I can't confirm the sources credibility. But I couldn't think of a better group of people to ask, so.. is there any validity to that?

Do Primera Division teams have to have a Mexican youth national team player on their rosters?
