Costa Rica Vs. El Salvador, Gold Cup 2011: Lineups And Live Match Thread
Costa Rica have once again left Bryan Ruiz on the bench, opting to save their star player for their big match against Mexico. He had a slight nagging injury and has been declared fit, but he starts tonight's match on the bench. Regardless of the outcome of the first 45-60 minutes, expect Ruiz to get a run-out simply to find his legs at the end of the game. El Salvador's lineup has seen a slight change, as Eliseo Quintanilla has been dropped. Here are the full lineups.
Costa Rica lineup: Navas, Diaz, Mora, Acosta, Marshall, Salvatierra, Guevara, Bolaños, Borges, Saborio, Ureña
El Salvador lineup: Montes, Anyana, Turcios, Garcia, Hernandez, D. Alas, Baires, Flores, J. Alas, Zelaya, Corrales
The game can be seen in the United States on Telefutura. The game takes place at Bank Of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC, where our own Eben Lehman will be in attendance for the second Group A match of the night, Mexico vs. Cuba. Also, HIDE YO KIDS, HIDE YO WIFE because the referee is Jair Marrufo. THEY GIVEN RED CARDS TO ERRBODY OUT HERE.

I wanna see Arturo Alvarez!
But El Salvador have little reason to bring him on now unless they concede a goal.

He said today that he was ready to play now
And he was listed in the 18, but there’s no reason to risk him if they’re leading
